Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue or defect.
- 2.Verify Condition
Provide photos of any shipping damage or a description of audio defects to help us process your request quickly.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely pack the items in their original mailer and use the provided return shipping label.
- 4.Receive Refund or Replacement
After we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement copy.
