How do you pack records for shipping?
We take great care in our packaging. All vinyl is shipped in heavy-duty cardboard mailers with extra padding. To prevent seam splits during transit, we can ship records outside of their jackets upon request.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is scanned by the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
What is your return policy for defective items?
If you receive a record that is warped or has significant manufacturing defects, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund.
Can I add items to an existing order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can often combine shipments. Please email us immediately with your order number to request an addition.
How do you grade your used vinyl?
We use the standard Goldmine Grading System (M, NM, VG+, VG, G). Every used record is visually inspected, and many are spot-played to ensure accuracy.
